Session 1 - The Path of Awakening
This session is the first step on your journey. In this session, you’ll learn what spiritual awakening is, set intentions for your growth, and practice opening your awareness through simple guided exercises.

Session 2 - Discovering Your Intuitive Language
In this session, you’ll explore which intuitive channels are strongest for you and understand how your intuition uniquely speaks to you through the “clairs” — clairvoyance (seeing), clairaudience (hearing), clairsentience (feeling), and claircognizance (knowing). We will practice simple exercises to begin trusting and using them with confidence.

Session 3 - Your Energy Body & Boundaries
In this session we explore how your personal energy field works and why protecting it matters. You’ll learn to sense your own energy, recognize when outside energies affect you, and practice simple tools for grounding, clearing, and setting healthy spiritual boundaries.
