    At the beginning of your reading, I will always ask for your consent to continue recording. If you prefer not to be recorded, I will stop immediately. You are also welcome to record on your own device or take notes for your personal use.

  • What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

    I completely understand that life happens! However, please note that all bookings are final and non-refundable.

    If you can’t make your scheduled session, you’re welcome to reschedule your appointment (subject to availability).

    Important details:

    Cancellations will not be refunded.

    Each booking may be rescheduled one time only.

    Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before your appointment.

    Late arrivals: To respect everyone’s time, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time even if you arrive late.

    No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
